Matt Warman announces first coffee morning meetings

Matt Warman, the Conservative Parliamentary Candidate for Boston and Skegness, has announced the first dates in a new programme of coffee morning meetings, complementing his successful programme of pub and town hall debates.

“I’ve invited thousands of people to my series of ‘Pub Politics’ in the four months I’ve been running them,” said Matt. “I’ve heard time and again that people want a local, Conservative champion in Westminster, making central government work better for Lincolnshire. This new set of meetings will be even more convenient for young parents with children and people who are busy in the evening.”

Squash and Slides

The first date will be Friday 20th March at Playtowers, Rochford Lane, Boston. Playtowers will offer free entry to all parents and children attending the coffee morning.
“While the children are playing, the parents and carers can relax and ask me about anything that’s on their mind,” said Matt.

Coffee and Cake

The second date on Friday the 27th March makes the most of the last day before the kids break up for the school holidays and will be held in the café of the Sack Store Emporium on the Redstone Industrial Estate, Boston. The Sack Store will generously welcome all coffee morning guests with a complimentary hot drink on arrival.

“The Sack Store offers the opportunity to talk in a comfortable, informal setting in small groups, and I’m really looking forward to it,” Matt said.

“I believe that your MP should be a familiar face around the constituency, and that’s what I will be, holding public meetings throughout my time in parliament,” said Matt. “My campaign has been all about engagement – getting out there, meeting the people on the doorsteps, meeting businesses, meeting key figures and holding public meetings across the constituency. I’m determined that everyone who wants to attend an event like this should have that chance. I’m also very happy to arrange to talk with people on a 1-1 basis and can be contacted any time via my website. I plan to continue to do this on a regular basis.”

Both events will run from 10am-12pm.Further details on these and all other events are available at>
