Matt Warman MP pays tribute to Her late Majesty Queen Elizabeth II

Matt Warman, MP for Boston and Skegness has spoken in Parliament today on behalf of his constituents to pay tribute to Her late Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. Matt spoke of his own memories of meeting the Queen and the new King, as well as the love and grief, and gratitude for the Queen’s lifetime of service felt by many in his constituency.

 

Matt said: Many of my constituents have been in touch with me to share their thoughts, memories and feelings about Her late Majesty Elizabeth II. Today I was honoured to pay tribute to Her Majesty in parliament on behalf of Boston and Skegness.

 Tomorrow, as King Charles is acclaimed around the country, a church service will be held for parliamentarians, and on Monday morning His Majesty will attend Westminster Hall.”
